Hopefully, once you begin your recovery from your chronic inflammation, you should notice significant changes in you RLS very quickly.
A full recovery will vary for EACH individual based on how LONG you have suffered from RLS as well as your weight, age, lifestyle, diet, stress level etc.
It's important to respect Nature's pace and not put a time limit on how LONG it will take for your legs to calm down.
Try and set your goals for a slight improvement every day ... rather than a SPONTANEOUS recovery.
